CERTUSHOTÉIS
Established in 2001, Certus Hotéis – Hotelaria e Turismo, Lda. is a Company operating in hotel management and business operations, with Financertus – Consultadoria e Serviços, Lda. as its majority shareholder.
The idea to set up a structure for hotel management was already addressed in 1998 by Financertus shareholders, desiring for a long time to diversify the Group’s Parent Company’s field of action.
Simultaneously, a fundamental training area was set up for the Financertus Technical Consulting Department.
We have succeeded and over 5 years, were created three enterprises of our own:
Uma Certa Casa
A Country House, integrated with a property where a business operation was launched (with vineyard planting) of Alvarinho wine, in Monção county.
Hotel Real D'Óbidos ****
A classified heritage building, once the residence of the town’s captain-general. It is a charming hotel unit conceived under a medieval theme.
Residências dos Infantes
Fully equipped T2 apartments are meant to fill the existing gap for this type of offer in the town of Óbidos.
We intend to move forward with other projects, continuing our expansion strategy, which comprises differentiating factors in terms of facilities and services rendered.
Certus Hotéis is considering the participation and/or management of other tourism ventures.
